Online Classes

Zoom Classes For All

During this difficult 'lockdown' period, we can not get to the gyms or meet up to exercise. I have zoom classes several times a week for both Pilates and Yoga to help keep you in shape during isolation.

About Me

Who Am I?

I have always been an active person, it is in my DNA. Over the years I have tried almost everything under the sun. I love anything that makes your body move.

I used to get many women asking me how I was always in great shape, and that they wished they could do so to. I knew that I could help them, and it became a passion of mine. Helping women gain confidence in their bodies.

I then took a personal trainer course, followed shortly by a yoga instructor course and later added a pilates instructor course.
