I have always been an active person, it is in my DNA. Over the years I have tried almost everything under the sun. I love anything that makes your body move.

I used to get many women asking me how I was always in great shape, and that they wished they could do so to. I knew that I could help them, and it became a passion of mine. Helping women gain confidence in their bodies.

I then took a personal trainer course, followed shortly by a yoga instructor course and later added a pilates instructor course. These gave me the authority and permission to officially help women become confident in their bodies and find their fitness goals.

I started with friends, and friends of friends, but word of mouth started to spread and over the course of a couple of years as my client base and class size grew. I transitioned into becoming a full time personal trainer/fitness instructor.

I've now helped hundreds of women of all ages (and a few men too) achieve their fitness goals!
