Why get a personal trainer?

It can be extremely difficult to gain the results you want alone. There are so many 'fads', diet this, exercise that. How do you know what will work for you?
You may have tried them before or just gone on your own, but when you don't see or feel the way you want to, that is what I am here to do.

No confusion, I clear plan designed specifically for you to smash your goals and make you feel confident in your body. I will be with you every step of the way, to guide motivate and keep you accountable. Stick to the plan and I will guarantee that you will smash your goals and feel great about yourself!

How will I help you?

I have to main goals with my personal training.
The first is to make you feel confident in your body.
The second is to make you fitter and healthier than you have ever been before.

I will create a personal programme specifically for you and where you currently are at, with a plan with actionable steps to get you to smash your fitness goals and craft a body you love. Everyone is different and needs a different approach depending on their goals and abilities, I will work with you 6 days a week to keep you motivated and be your guide every single step of the way.

The life benefits to being fit and healthy are incredibly well documented.
Better mental health, better sleep, better movement, better internals, live longer, feel stronger, feel confident, the list goes on and on.

What the programmes consist of

The programmes contains daily sessions with me 6 days a week and lasts between 8-12 weeks depending on the individual. We will have a plan and for the exact exercises you need to be doing every day. We will track your progress everyday.

And I will give you a diet plan that you will need to follow. This is often the hardest part for people, but what you eat can make more of a difference than how much you exercise and is vital for you crafting a body you love. I will help you along the way with delicious healthy recipes for each meal. Stick to the meal plan and I will guarantee your results will astound you.

After each program, we will asses where you are at, the goals you've reached. How far you've come, and how much better you feel about your body. If another program is needed, we will discuss that then.

Some people are fine after 12 weeks, and can manage on their own. Some transition to coming to my fitness classes, and others I continue to work with for many months and help them see phenomenal results.
